When you send a few photos and a serial number to get a quote, you're handing over more than JPEGs. We treat that information the way we'd want our own pieces handled: carefully, briefly, and only by the people who actually need to see it.
To produce a valuation we usually collect photographs of the watch (front, back, any papers), the reference number, the serial where visible, your condition notes, and a contact method so we can reply. That's the working set. The valuation form itself does not run third-party retargeting pixels, and our reply emails are sent from a plain inbox, not a marketing platform.
What happens to your submission once it lands with us:
What we do not do is also worth saying plainly. We don't sell your photographs to data brokers. We don't publish your serial number anywhere public. We don't pass your contact details to auction houses or other dealers unless you specifically ask us to broker an introduction. If a quote turns into an actual sale, additional identity checks apply for anti-money-laundering compliance, and we'll tell you exactly what's needed before we ask for it.
Your controls are simple. You can ask us to delete a quote file at any time, even before the standard retention window expires. You can request a copy of what we hold on you, and you can correct anything that is wrong. The fastest route is the contact form linked from this page, and a real person typically replies inside a business day.
