Every order from My Watch Guru is authenticated and shipped fully insured. The policy below applies to all purchases.
All sales are final for cash refunds — we do not return funds to your original payment method. In every case, an approved return or exchange is settled as store credit toward a future purchase with My Watch Guru.
You may exchange an eligible watch or strap within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn and in original condition, with all boxes, papers, tags and protective stickers intact. Approved exchanges are issued as store credit toward your replacement piece; any difference in price is handled as store credit.
If an item arrives defective or materially not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive and verify the piece, we will issue store credit for the amount paid, and we cover the return shipping.
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason. We’ll reply with return instructions. Ship the item back fully insured in its original packaging. Except for verified defective or not-as-described items, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.
Items that have been worn, sized, engraved, altered or damaged after delivery, or that are missing their original boxes and papers, are not eligible for exchange. Special orders and custom or aftermarket pieces are final sale.
