Every order is authenticated and shipped fully insured. Here’s how returns and exchanges work — and why.
Simple and buyer-friendly: an approved return is refunded to your original payment method — card purchases back to the card, wire purchases back by wire — within 5 business days of our specialists confirming the piece on inspection. If you’d rather take store credit toward a different reference, that option is always open, but it’s your choice, never the default.
You have a full seven days from the day your watch arrives to arrange a return or an exchange. The key is condition: the piece needs to come back unworn and exactly as delivered, with its boxes, papers, tags and protective stickers all present. On an exchange, the full value carries to the replacement you choose, and any price difference is refunded or collected.
Should a watch reach you defective or materially different from how it was described, let us know within seven days. As soon as we’ve received and inspected it, we refund everything you paid to your original payment method — and in this case the return shipping is on us, not you.
Start by emailing [email protected] with your order number and a note on what’s prompting the return. We’ll reply with step-by-step instructions, then you return the watch to us fully insured in its original packaging. Outside of verified defects or not-as-described pieces, return shipping and insurance are the buyer’s responsibility.
A few things fall outside the policy: any watch that’s been worn, sized, engraved, altered or damaged after delivery, or that comes back without its original boxes and papers. Special orders, along with custom and aftermarket pieces, are final sale by nature.
